DIGITAL, BRANDING
This is a rich media expandable banner that ran on December 14th, 2009, one day only, prime-time on FoodNetwork.com, during the height of holiday cooking season! The complete idea of 'GOYA Holiday Kitchen: Here to Help!' was that upon entry into this cute, cozy cabin in the woods, (the GOYA Holiday Kitchen) any question you had about deciding on or executing holiday dishes could be answered on the spot, making GOYA the holiday hero it was striving to be.
Executionally, this would depend on being ready to improvise; with extra cooking experts and writers, the entire agency team, and the client team assembled in one place on December 14th to create a surprisingly helpful experience for users that would be worthy of sharing on social media. This real-time problem-solving of holiday cooking issues would have been leveraged for PR purposes before and after the event, too.
What we went with instead was a more bare-bones representation of that vision. But, hey, you win some, you lose some. In the end, the client was pleased with the results, and that’s what matters. Right?
